About Chloe Milar

Meet Chloe Milar (Chloe)

Chloe Milar is an 8-year-old author who moved from the Philippines to the United States, and in particular, Fort Myers, with her mom in 2024. When everything around her changed—her home, her school, and even her language—Chloe used writing to help make sense of her new world. English is her second language, and writing her books became a way to be both brave and creative.

With the help of her family, Chloe has now published six books that tell honest and heartfelt stories about moving, growing, and finding your voice.  She hopes her stories encourage other kids to take their brave little steps—whether it’s writing their first story, starting in a new place, or just believing in themselves.

When she’s not writing, Chloe enjoys drawing, practicing Wing Chun, and helping with projects in her family’s wellness clinic. She dreams of continuing to write and speak to children all over the world.
